Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in its original condition
  • Original packaging should be included whenever possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable products (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
